Enterprise Transformation & Investment Strategy
The Context
Organizations often invest in innovation across multiple capabilities without a consistent way to determine what should be prioritized, how success should be measured, or how each initiative contributes to business value.
I worked across a portfolio of transformation initiatives spanning customer data, digital commerce, measurement, search and brand-building, each pitched, funded and judged on its own terms.
The Challenge
My Role
Discover, mapped the existing initiative landscape across customer data, digital commerce, measurement, search and brand-building.
Structure, built a common framework for describing expected value, effort and risk across dissimilar initiative types.
Design, designed a prioritization model and a lightweight business-case template teams could use consistently.
Build, stood up the scoring and prioritization process as a repeatable operating rhythm, not a one-time exercise.
Implement, rolled the framework out across the initiative portfolio and supported stakeholders through their first cycle using it.

What This Project Taught Me
The hardest part of enterprise transformation usually isn't picking the right initiative, it's building a shared language sturdy enough that a data platform and a brand campaign can be judged by the same standard. Once that language exists, prioritization stops being a negotiation and starts being a calculation.
