Enterprise Measurement & Decision Intelligence
The Context
Data only becomes useful when it changes a decision.
Across advanced analytics and measurement initiatives, I have worked on the systems that connect business questions with data, models, learning agendas and executive decision-making.
The Challenge
My Role
Discover, identified the business questions executives actually needed answered, not just the metrics already being reported.
Structure, designed a measurement strategy and KPI architecture connecting those questions to data and models.
Design, built forecasting and reporting approaches suited to how decisions were actually made.
Build, implemented the measurement infrastructure and executive-reporting workflow.
Implement, established a learning agenda so testing and analysis compounded over time instead of resetting each quarter.
The Approach
What I Built / Changed
Conceptual executive reporting view, illustrative data only.
Outcome
What This Project Taught Me
Measurement work is often treated as a reporting exercise. The more valuable version of it is a learning system, one that tells you not just what happened, but what to test next. That reframe changes what gets built, and who ends up using it.
