This project involved the creation of a large-scale cow farm in southern Mexico dedicated to producing Halal meat for export to Middle Eastern and Asian markets. I managed the project from concept to execution, including investor relations and international client management.

The Challenge
One of the significant challenges was aligning the farming practices with Halal certification requirements while also ensuring scalability for international export.
Additionally, managing diverse stakeholders, from local farmers to international clients with specific dietary needs, added layers of complexity.

We pitched the project to investors, highlighting the economic and cultural value of Halal meat in growing markets. I created detailed renders to visually represent the farm’s potential, which played a crucial role in securing funding. On the operational side, I established efficient communication channels between the farm management in Mexico and the clients in the Middle East and Asia, ensuring compliance with export regulations and certifications.
